

MICRO EVENT PARAMETERS:
Over the past few years, Cove House has been home to many beautiful micro-weddings and special family celebrations. In order to preserve the peace and charm of our neighborhood, and the beauty of our home and property, we respectfully request that any events held at the Cove House adhere to the following guidelines:
*Maximum number of guests: 20
*No amplified music. Personal speakers only.
*Tents or Dance floors on the lawn are prohibited
*Caterers must be on our Preferred Vendor List or be pre-approved by Cove House LLC
*All vehicles must be parked in either the lower or upper parking
area. NO on street parking.
*Quiet hours: 10pm-8:00am

Event Fee: $1,000.
This will be charged 14 days prior to check-in.

If the above guidelines align with your plans, we welcome your celebration. We have many trusted local contacts that we are able to share with you, including event planners, caterers, photographers, musicians, floral designers, equipment rentals, and more.
