Cove House is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a 1.7 acre property, with a lush green lawn rolling down to a Tidal Cove of the Kennebunk River. There is ample space for enjoying the outdoors with provided for outdoor games (Kan Jam, Croquet, whiffle ball, volleyball, hula hooping etc...). Additionally, a ramp leading down to a floating dock allows for convenient launching of Kayaks (there are 6 available for Guest use) directly into the Kennebunk River.  The firepit is a guest favorite, as is the upper deck for ending your day with spectacular sunset views.
